Step 1 – Prepare the milk base
Measure 575 ml of water into a saucepan.
Add 7 tablespoons of Safa Instant Milk Powder.
Stir well until no lumps remain.
Place on medium heat and bring close to boiling point (do not let it fully boil).
Step 2 – Add pudding mix
Open the Green’s Cream Caramel pudding mix sachet.
Gradually pour it into the hot milk mixture while stirring continuously.
Keep stirring until fully dissolved and the mixture thickens slightly.
Step 3 – Make it creamy
Add the Green’s Whip Cream 38g sachet into the saucepan.
Add 170 g Melody Analogue Cream.
Continue stirring until everything has dissolved and blended into a smooth, creamy mixture.
