Step 1 – Cook the pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Add 1 pack Al Khaleejia Pasta and cook until al dente (as per pack instructions).
Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
Step 2 – Prepare the sauce
Finely chop ½ onion and mince 1 garlic clove.
Heat 1–2 tbsp sunflower oil in a pan over medium heat.
Sauté the onion for 3–4 minutes until soft, then add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Add Safa Tomato Paste and cook for 1 minute to bring out the flavor.
Pour in the Safa Peeled Tomatoes, breaking them gently with a spoon, and simmer for 5–7 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
