Step 3 – Prepare the whipped cream
In a bowl, mix 1 sachet Safa Whip Cream (38g) with cold milk (as per pack instructions).
Whisk until light, fluffy, and firm in texture.
Step 4 – Assemble the cake
Slice the cooled cake horizontally into two layers.
Spread a generous layer of Melody Strawberry Jam and some whipped cream across the middle.
Place the top layer of cake back on.
Use the remaining Safa Whip Cream to cover and decorate the top of the cake.
Add fresh strawberries for garnish if desired.
